Single shaft shredder machine is mainly composed of blade spindle, fixed blades, chamber support, bearing set, feeding system, hydraulic pushing system, power system and electrical control system. The materials enter the shredding chamber through the feeding system. The chamber is loaded with a shredding blades. The hydraulic pushing system pushes the materials near the blade. The materials are shredded into small pieces by the comprehensive actions of the shredding blade, such as tearing and extruding, and then discharged from the screen hole to achieve the material shredding. It is mainly used to handle rubber head materials and plastic products with high hardness and toughness, and the particle size after tearing is uniform.
